    Waited 45 minutes for my food to deliver, by the time it got here it was cold and i was shorted 2 wings from my 10 piece.

    I called this location after they did not deliver $75 worth of food I ordered & when I called they hung up after 3 minutes of talking. When I called back, they told me to call back for a refund in a week, which was ridiculous. If you care about how you spend your money & dealing with competent people then for the love of god don’t come here.

    I went to pick up an order and instead of greeting me and seeing what I needed, the girl yelled at me from the kitchen. Then when she couldn’t understand me she decided the best course of action was to stay in the kitchen and get an attitude. Not only that, but she in no way, shape, or form tried to help solve the problem with my order. Apparently I gave the wrong first name but after correcting my mistake she still acted as if she couldn’t understand a word I was saying. Probably because she refused to approach the counter and interact with her customer. Very rude, very unprofessional, should be coached, trained, and developed to serve customers better. No one is forcing her to work in customer service so quitting is always an option. Don’t take out on customers that you don’t like your job.
