  I appreciate what seemed to be the shift lead or manager on duty tonight. I placed an online order but needed to change time / push it back an hour. I originally called and an employee told me “no you can’t do dat”. I hung up , reread the website to make sure i read it correctly. “Any changes to order or need to cancel , call store” I called back , this time spoke with a young woman that I could tell had to be higher up due to her asking name what I ordered and just talked professionally and she told me that was fine. I rlly appreciated her pls let her know.

  Went to wing stop today. Amazing food, fresh and hot. It was a great experience. Until I noticed that they have a huge mold problem in the ceiling that is extremely harmful to customers and employees. They could also make sure they are wiping down the tables inside. I hope the owner gets this handled or it could definitely be a lawsuit.
