  Rude night stuff especially the stud with the locs. Fries are always undercooked. They act like they’re done cooking and taking orders at 12am. Bartlett blvd location is way better just close this one if the two workers don’t want to cook or be there late!

  Just avoid this place all together. I got a notification that my order was ready. I get there and there's multiple employees standing outside talking. I walk in and no one says anything to me as I'm standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Finally, a employee comes to me and ask if I'm picking up. I say yes she then replies hold on. This entire time there are bags of food lined up on the assembly line. After another 15 minutes finally a young man from the back asks my name and hands me the order.

  I appreciate what seemed to be the shift lead or manager on duty tonight. I placed an online order but needed to change time / push it back an hour. I originally called and an employee told me “no you can’t do dat”. I hung up , reread the website to make sure i read it correctly. “Any changes to order or need to cancel , call store” I called back , this time spoke with a young woman that I could tell had to be higher up due to her asking name what I ordered and just talked professionally and she told me that was fine. I rlly appreciated her pls let her know.
