  I am with a local financial institution who was trying to get our firm added on as lienholder on an Allstate customers homeowner's policy. The client purchased his policy online, so I was told several times, no one could assist me. I went to several websites, all the numbers I called would not allow me to speak to a live person and I got disconnected. I was getting very frustrated, so when I called this office back, I spoke to Shelby Henderson who was a pleasure to work with. She got the job done promptly and stayed on the phone with me until I received the email verification I needed. Thanks so much for awesome service in the world that has turned almost all automated. Great job!!
