  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in to print something with my disabled child and the smart disrespectful remarks and looks I got from the staff made me uncomfortable and made me leave. You really need to train your employees how to deal with disabled people and work on their customer service skills. You also need new management (the lady with the fake eyelashes and glasses) very unprofessional

  Always closed for “lunch” when I try to get there. The lady there was rude when I said something and said they have to take a 30 min lunch break on a day your not even opened 7hrs????? I think she just wanted a break. Should have 2 ppl on staff on a Sunday so you don’t actually close down.

  Walked in needing to ship something and of course I had no service on my phone to pull up my label 😩 already stressed out. But Tori greeted me with the friendliest smile and the patience of Job lol. She was so helpful, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and she truly went over and beyond. Please keep her around because people like her make a difference. Thank you again, Tori!

  Janaira was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She printed my business flyers quickly and efficiently—I came in on a Thursday afternoon, and by Friday morning she had already called to let me know they were ready for pickup. What really stood out was her attention to detail and communication. When she noticed something that needed clarification, she reached out to me right away to confirm before moving forward. She even sent pictures of the flyers to make sure everything looked exactly how I wanted. I truly appreciate the extra care and effort she put into this print job. Thank you for your excellent service!

  I went later in the afternoon, staff was welcoming and helpful, very professional, not only with me, but the customers that were in front of me.
