  I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH LOU AT THIS LOCATION FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. I AM DISABLED AND THEY ARE SO PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY MAKE ME FEEL AT HOME WHENEVER I NEED ANYTHING DONE AND THEIR SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT. SO I WANTED TO LET THEM KNOW HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE THEM AND THEIR SERVICE SO MUCH.   The BEST location I've EVER visited!!! Being that I'm a 10 plus year customer of Cricket, the employees at this store (Lou & Ariana) are simply the BEST at what they do! Came to this store after leaving a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the location on Kirby-Whitten & Stage (Manager, ROSA O.👎🏾) they absolutely went out of their way to correct a problem created elsewhere! I appreciate their kindness & concern & will be patronizing this location ONLY! ❤️
