Ari and Lou are AWESOME! Let me start by saying that! 🙌🏽 My husband and I went to the first Cricket store on Kirby Whitten because he wasn’t getting service and his phone wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the first associate we spoke with—the guy with the big hair—didn’t really put much effort into figuring out the problem. As it turned out, all it needed was a SIM card! We left and went to the other store and all I can say is Ari and Lou were THE BEST! They went above and beyond to make sure we left the store with a working phone. They were patient, helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the issue resolved. A HUGE thank-you to Ari and Lou for providing excellent customer service! Y’all definitely deserve recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
