  Drive thru worker tried to take our order at speaker neither could hear each other so we had to pull around. She asked our order. I told her mine then my other order was sweet chicken she interrupted and ask what chips and drink I told her Doritos and coke she then asked about bread. Veggies everything but tomatoes and black olives. Total was $35 and some change. She handed me 2 sandwiches 1 drink and 1 chip. She clearly read the order back and my drink was sweet tea and the other coke. Receipt had one combo sandwich was not correct and the combo she handed us was not the combo she rang up. Got home and the sandwich was not sweet onion it was not even a chicken bacon ranch it was about a half scoop of chicken with loaded down veggies no condiments of any kind. Absolutely the biggest $35.00 disappointment ever. Will definitely not be back. Firehouse sub will definitely be on the agenda for next time! Do better subway. Did I mention the whole trip took over 30 minutes with zero cars in lot, zero signs of people in lobby and no one in drive thru but is.

  Only 1 employee working. Had to wait on the employee to finish a drive thru order. Then will making our food the employee stopped to answer the phone. After phone call started back with our order with the same gloves the employee answered the phone with. Over all very shitty service

  ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas at 7 to be picked up by 7:30 i sat inside the store for almost 30min after 7:25 and my food wasn’t even in the process of being made had to go back to work without food or a refund bc i was gonna be late going back from break
