  Did an online order, order was ready, got home to open a plain steak sub, no sauce no nothing but cheese. Looked on my receipt before I left so I’m thinking it’s right. Called no one would ever answer. I’ll never come back because this isn’t the first time they don’t do right.

  They make their own hours. It's about to be 3pm and both doors are locked. We tried to go here before in the evening time but as we walked in, they told us they were closed. Other people went in as well and were turned away. Bad business. We won't come back to this location.

  Just placed an order online. Went to pick up and they are out of bread. Told me to get my refund online. Can't get my refund online. Their AI chat Meet SAMMY is stupid. Stole 37.05 from me. How could the order go through as paid when the restaurant cant fix the food. And to top it off there is no way to talk to customer service.
