  Just placed an order online. Went to pick up and they are out of bread. Told me to get my refund online. Can't get my refund online. Their AI chat Meet SAMMY is stupid. Stole 37.05 from me. How could the order go through as paid when the restaurant cant fix the food. And to top it off there is no way to talk to customer service.

  Ordered a meal with double protein and extra of all veggies. When I got home I opened the smallest sub I’ve ever received. It looked empty. Tuna was less than a normal serving even though I paid for double. It came with minimal toppings. Picture doesn’t do justice on how small this was.
