  We do all of our print items at this location. They have been super helpful when I have issues with the Canva output to FedEx site graphic input, spent time helping me select the correct material for my car show board, and are always prompt with completing the processing of our print materials.

  Tammy was extremely helpful in helping me out with my purchase. I went to another printing company who couldn't he me whatsoever with obituaries for my dad. I came to the FedEx in Antioch and Tammy was empathetic, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I was able to get everything that I needed st a better cost than the competition. Great job Tammy and team!!!

  Terrible customer service. The employee with curly hair was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Management should seriously reconsider the staff at this location. The lack of kindness and professionalism was unacceptable. I do not recommend this FedEx location.
