  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location, particularly with an agent named Tammy. I felt that Tammy was not helpful and made several comments that came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. I also felt that she did not pay close enough attention to the details of my printing request. Tammy also arrived late, and I was asked by a manager to step out of line and wait for Tammy to assist me. Because I was moved out of line, other customers who had arrived after me were allowed to go ahead of me while I waited. Unfortunately, the final print job looks horrible and does not fit what I specifically requested. I provided the details needed for the print, but the finished product was not what I expected and is not usable for my intended purpose. I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the print. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe customers should receive professional service and a finished product that matches their request. I am requesting a full refund for the printing service because the final product is unusable. I hope management will review this situation and address both the customer service concerns and the quality of the printing. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding my refund.

  The staff are friendly and helpful. There are a variety of products to browse if you have a short wait. I can usually get in and out quickly. There's plenty of parking.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I was there with my young son, while picking up a package. My son was simply looking at children’s books and briefly picked up a few small items that were there. He was not damaging anything or causing any disturbance. However, the employee repeatedly came over to me and said things like, “Look what your son is doing. Don’t let him touch that.” This happened several times, even though my son was simply curious and behaving like a normal child. I understand that employees need to protect store property, but the way this was communicated to me felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially in front of my child. I believe there are more respectful and professional ways to address a parent if there is a concern about a child touching something. I am also contacting customer service to formally report this experience. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and make sure customers are treated with respect.
