  John is by far the rudest and most unhelpful person I've ever met. I've never had a good experience here and I drove 30 minutes to be treated like an idiot and my shipments weren't even done correctly. John, you should be fired for how poorly you treat people and the way you complain about your place of work in front of customers.

They went above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see such outstanding customer service these days. The store was clean, organized, and the team was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping, printing, or packaging services.   We are frequent patrons of the UPS Store in Yankton. They always have fast and friendly service. I recently shipped a sewing machine for repair. The company reached out to me to applaud me on my expert packing. I had let the UPS store pack the machine. It was much cheaper to ship it than it would have been for me to drive and deliver it. Thank you for getting my machine to its destination safely!
