  Well so far the Watertown store has yet to come through. We stopped about three times to buy a new flip phone for my husband. Always on order, so we finally got one online like he had, a Samsung Rugby. Took them both in to have the new one set up... New guy, couldn't do it. And supposedly, they can't set up an iPad as a new line yet?! SF Cricket told us they could. I bought one with built in WiFi just for him to use on site. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh and that was after waiting half an hour and sitting on a window ledge because the the two available chairs were taken. 🤨
