  The lady at the counter was nice and the food was good. She accidentally misheard me when I asked for tomatoes and she added mayo. Thankfully that also what I wanted on my sandwich. Great atmosphere.

  The Philly Steak Sub I ordered yesterday was horrible the bread was hard as a brick the inner works was like a teaspoon of each and the sandwich itself tasted like it came out of a salt factory. Sorry but I was totally disappointed!

  Although the food was made fresh to order it wasn't made correctly. I asked for bacon and it was completely forgotten. There were 3 people working and they clearly did know who was responsible for what. 2 different employees kept jumping on the register and back to topping sandwiches. At one point they had our order all rung up but didn't total it so I could pay and then left me standing there long enough the order timed out. Another person came to ring it up again and I had to repeat it all over again. I couldn't believe how long the whole process took. I have been to Subway in other towns that are well organized and got through quickly. This was just painfully disorganized.
