  I asked the lady one SIMPLE request while making my food and got a attitude, then her attitude proceed while making the rest of the sandwich. Told the other lady of her attitude and she stuck up for the lady working and said she was not doing that... while the attitude lady stormed off like a child. I guess at this store the customer is wrong?!? Professional? Nope! I would put a 0 if I could for service and food. Food was cold after toasting like I warned them would happen. Do not recommend this store. Go take the little drive to Sioux falls for better service.

  I visited Subway last week and had an excellent experience. The two young men working that evening were very welcoming and provided outstanding service. They prepared my sandwich exactly to my liking it was fresh and delicious. i stopped in around 8:40 p.m. after getting off work, and despite it being later in the evening, they treated me with kindness and professionalism. That level of service can be rare at that time of night, and it did not go unnoticed. Both employees were respectful, attentive, and clearly dedicated to doing their job well. I believe one of the young men’s names was Matthew, though I did not catch the other’s name. They truly deserve recognition for their efforts I believe they would be great candidates for a raise. definitely coming back!
