Walked in for the first time last week in the evening on a weekday and they were slammed, but they managed to get my order out in a timely manner. I visited again this week in the evening on a weekday and it was about the same. Surges of people hit at 10 p.m. when people want this food and other places are long closed. They could use another employee to help out. The wings are good and the fries are some of the best. Improvements could be staff working to greet people with a smile and a little more deep cleaning. They need a garbage bin in the eating area. I'm pretty picky on my food and they did well, I'll be back.

This isn't the first time, on a regular basis I come in and the screen shows my orders ready for pickup but it's not. None of the employees say anything when they realize it's ready, no greeting, no it'll be done soon. So I'm left just to sit around until it's finally handed to me. At least an update so I could let the customer know why I'm waiting. The customer service here has been just so bad the past couple months.
Wing stop is actually good. I'm not sure what people are hearing but every time I order either online or in person, they're always professional and the food be fresh and good to my liking every single time specifically the wingstop on Minnesota
I did a door dash and all I can say is I’m sorry Bdubs if you were open I’d of came there. This is disgusting. There wasn’t even any sauce on these wings.supposed to be Parmesan garlic….
If I could give this place a zero, I would. It used to be a great spot to order food, especially before they opened their new location on 57th Street. Back then, we were understanding when things were slow because they were clearly busy.
However, after opening the second location, you would expect the service to improve—but it has only gotten worse. The manager and staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to take accountability for their mistakes. The employees answering the phones are especially disrespectful and lack basic customer service skills.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place look elsewhere. If the owners want to stay in business, they seriously need to reevaluate the kind of people they are hiring and how the business is being managed.
