  I waited at the counter to place my order for several minutes. The girl that was working looked up at me and just continued cleaning the food prep counter. Finally, a young kid comes out of the back room to take my order but, he can't figure out how to enter my order. After approximately 10 minutes, I had enough and walked out. Very poor service

  When I walked in I only saw one man and he was filling up ice for 5 minutes. Then another guy came to the register and said Are you here for pickup I said no he I don’t know how to work it I’ll done someone that can the next guy came and said I’m new. Hence, it’s my first time on here, I told him that I only wanted Parmesan garlic wings and ranch, and he kept asking me if I wanted fries and a drink. I politely said no I only wanted fries and wings, then I finally paid, and it kept declining my card until I insisted. Then I got my wings, with no ranch sauce with them. My wings were okay, but there was so much grease and oil dripping from them, and they were also sitting in a puddle of it. For reference, they are dry rub wings. Usually there service and food are great but not at that time. Date was 9/15/26
