  This is my go-to UPS Store, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team. I’ve been here countless times and every single visit has been a great experience. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming and accommodating with a smile on their face. They make every errand quick, easy and stress-free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team delivers it every time. I highly recommend this location!

  This store is the absolute worst company they offer shipping and tell people they can track anything sent from them. Then after 2 weeks of it being still not received we called and they basically told us well next time you should buy tracking. I agree but thats basically making me think they are just out to screw their customers over if they never plan on finding a solution to their issues they just said we are a franchise so we cant help you. So if you are just a franchise whats the point of you even being available?

  Mostly in the easy, straight- forward manner in how Amazon returns are handled. Although, I also have had little issues with other shipments, too. I only kept my reading at a 4 because I did have an issue shopping to a PO Box that was twice the rate of USPS.
