  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. An older woman and I both arrived about two minutes before closing to return our packages. Instead of quickly assisting us, the employee immediately started arguing with both of us before it was even 6:30 p.m., the posted closing time. We were told the register had already been closed, even though the store was still technically open. If the register is going to be closed before the posted closing time, that should be communicated clearly or the store hours should reflect that. It was frustrating to be turned away when we arrived before closing, and the interaction felt unprofessional and discourteous. I understand employees are ready to go home at the end of the day, but customers who arrive during business hours should still be treated respectfully.

  The UPS store not only shipped my package (a vintage mandolin) but added additional packing product and the package was received by its recipient in perfect condition.
