I’ve been taking a star off every time I go here to pick up an order that hasn’t been done right. We’re now down to one so I’m done with this location tbh. No matter what I do, they never fulfill my mobile orders properly. I wanted extra sauce on my sub, selected it in the app and it’s even on the receipt, I even wrote in the comments to please add extra sauce and I get home to find zero, zilch, nothing sauce wise on my sandwich AT ALL. How does this even happen ? I understand that mistakes happen during food rushes, but there were absolutely no customers in the store when I arrived so I don’t understand where the issue is. When I go in person, it’s fine, they do a great job! But every time I make a mobile order, it’s messed up every single time. Complete waste of my time and money

Idk why it’s so hard to follow simple instructions on online orders. I ask for extra of something, and end up with little to none of it. Another time there so much of it that it’s almost inedible. How does that happen ? This is the 3rd time that this has happened and 2 out of the 3 times I’ve gone inside to pick up the order. There were no customers inside, so it’s not like it was a lunch rush mistake. Super annoying. I hate even giving a bad review because the staff is super friendly, but there needs to be more attention to detail.

This Subway has officially blown my mind and earned a top spot on my favorites list (with S. Louise as its only competition). Tonight’s visit was made next-level amazing thanks to Will, who deserves a serious shout-out.
From the moment I walked in, Will greeted me with a genuine, feel-good smile, handed me my two online orders like a pro, double-checked that my beloved Baja Chipotle sauce was on the side, and thoughtfully put my chips in the bag instead of sending me on a scavenger hunt on the way out. Already impressive, right? Oh, but wait—there’s more.
Just before leaving, I realized I needed to make a quick pit stop in the ladies’ room. Cue mild panic when the gentleman ahead of me had the same idea… and there’s only ONE key for both restrooms (because apparently someone thought stealing a bathroom key was a good life choice 🙄). Without hesitation, Will swooped in like a customer-service superhero, came out from behind the counter, and used an employee key to unlock the door for me. No waiting, no attitude—just pure kindness and going above and beyond.
That small act turned Will into my absolute favorite human of the night. THIS is the kind of service that keeps people coming back. If every Subway had a Will, the world would be a happier (and better-fed) place. 🌟🥪
