Lady was not helpful in the slightest, denied my coupons, was talking on the phone with her earbuds while im trying to explain the deal I want, did not give me the deal I wanted on top of that, and was visibly giving an attitude. Disregarding the daily deal I wanted and overcharging me is not great customer service in the slightest.

Went to the subway on 10th street to get lunch, and I am very disappointed. There were two workers, a young boy who looked to be in high school, and an older man. The boy was working pretty well, making sure he got everything right and was polite, but the older man was giving us attitude the entire time. We ask for stuff, and he would get annoyed at us. It felt very unwelcoming. He put way too much avocado on our sandwich, and didn't put extra onion like we asked. On top of that, he charged us for the extra avocado we didn't ask for. We asked him to put our order in a bigger bag, and he basically threw our sandwiches in the bag with no care at all. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the service at that location.
