  They won’t allow you to swap out mistakes they made if you order through the app?! Like what sense does that make when it’s your app and you guys made the sub? The service is horrible people are not willing to clean up the mistakes that THEY make! Manager sounds pretty unprofessional.

  Quick, fast and Delicious!. This store took the subway name + signature flavors that keeps us coming back beyond just above job well done. Not just the food but the service wasn't sacrificed due to the line out to the door as the 2 employees both have my special needs son the attention his order needed to be comfortable in such a busy setting. If you're lucky enough to be near this store, ask for Damien, the manager. Doubt you could be in better hands (nor could subway) Thank you for the personable interaction, was a meal not just food on the go.

  Work next door, and we all live off this subway. It is very hit or miss. I order online and pickup so I don’t have to talk to the employees. They take my 30min break and waste 20 of it talking about things I don’t care about and frankly aren’t always appropriate to talk about in front of customers. Some of the workers there great, timely and respectful. Sandwiches are always mediocre but acceptable for a work lunch break. Have had a few really awful ones and I know my coworkers have too. They let us fill up our water bottles and we send customers to them all the time. Today I went and picked up cookies for the staff and found a hair in my box. Certainly pushed me far enough to write a review.

  Current workers don’t know how the new system works. The new deli sandwiches already come with lettuce and tomato and red onion. None of this was on our subs despite them being chosen automatically on the screens. So our subs essentially just had meat and cheese on them. We thought it was a fluke last time but now it has happened again. Also, the Pepsi was essentially just brown carbonated water.

  I guess maybe the secret is going inside but if you want to quick go through the drive thru you’re going to get cold food, wrong things on your sandwich, and wait forever with zero people in front for 2 sandwiches. I know it’s fast food but let’s atleast try, because there’s zero chance any brain power was used making our order. They also tried to make me pay twice because the two people in there cannot communicate.
