  This FedEx store was clean, inviting And had plenty of employees to help with questions. I didn’t have to wait in line at all. My process of returning a package was quick, easy and painless. I definitely recommend FedEx for all your mailing be needs.

  Super stupid system and the stuff cannot wait a min after closing time. I brought my shipping label on my phone for scanning. But they only scan QR code not the barcode?!!!!! I have to email them the barcode!!! I had technical issues to log in my email and just need a few minutes to get it down. The stuff said it is time to close the store. Come back tomorrow. I told him I will fly out tomorrow morning and cannot ship tomorrow😡😡😡

  Walked in and was helped right away, in and out, they even taped up my box for me!!

  Rude clerk. Tried to make me buy a box for an item I already had well packaged. Not friendly at all. This is why I dislike FedEx. Do better with your customer service skills... I've been in customer service for over ten years and I would never be so gloomy to my customers. They're the reason you have a job! Nothing more frustrating than practicing excellence in customer service and then being treated like a nuisance when you yourself ARE a customer.

  Rude customer service. All the workers have low integrity they yell and threaten to call the police if you confront them and call out their bad behavior.
