  Rude clerk. Tried to make me buy a box for an item I already had well packaged. Not friendly at all. This is why I dislike FedEx. Do better with your customer service skills... I've been in customer service for over ten years and I would never be so gloomy to my customers. They're the reason you have a job! Nothing more frustrating than practicing excellence in customer service and then being treated like a nuisance when you yourself ARE a customer.

  Rude customer service. All the workers have low integrity they yell and threaten to call the police if you confront them and call out their bad behavior.

  The ai who answers the phone does everything they can to not allow you to talk to a person. Is this what the world has come to?

  This place is a pain to get into, but once to get there, the staff at FedEx did a great job of walking us through the available options. I have confidence they'll do the job.
