Mattie (Or Maddie) has been phenomenal help for me over multiple occasions. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and informative! She even brought up being able to help with my phone being hacked if I bring it in, where other cricket stores in the area could not offer me any help when I went in seeking help with it. I have been a cricket customer for multiple years and this location is definitely my favorite around. Thank you again for your help and keeping me a happy returning customer!

I was here tonight because my daughter needed a new phone. We ended up going somewhere else to purchase the phone. Because unfortunately there is no price match here. But we came back and the lady helped my daughter with setting her new phone up. My daughter was very anxious and at times was very frustrating. The lady was absolutely amazing with my her. She had such a huge amount of patients and I can't be grateful enough. I never did catch her name but I appreciate everything she did for my daughter!!!
