  I have been in a couple of times this month trying to switch everything from my old phone to a new one. There is a young lady, I think her name is Madelyn who is very helpful and super friendly and kind. After going to multiple places looking for help she was the only one who could fix the problem I was having with my phone. Professional and fast at what she does.

  The gal we were working with yesterday tried talking us out of a phone that we were 100% ready to buy before walking in. Talked very much like she was higher and mightier then just people from the streets about phones, very unprofessional. We bought the phone on our last day of the billing cycle and she didnt put in to pay the next months protect plan while we were getting the phone causing our data to be shut off and us having to pay the reinstatement fee for her mess up. Someone needs to teach her how to make sure the plan is set when someone is getting a new phone.
