    The staff is friendly and professional, especially the manager Brandy who is always in a good mood and even when it is super busy still jokes and makes the experience good. Additionally, she says Hi to me by name as soon as I come in the door and as a small business owner makes sure any questions or shipment questions I have are answered. The kiosk for returns also helps alot with Amazon returns so you arent tieng up an attendants time and can pop in and out quickly, when needed. I frequently drop off 6+ 20 to 40lb boxes at a time and the staff never complains. I think the store does an excellent job, its unfortunate there are just some people who have zero patience.

    Rude staff. Never greet you when you walk in, not even a hello! They claimed they can’t scan my barcode on my phone, when the UPS on the other side of town does it every time.
