  They gave me my sticker to my door even though it cost 12 dollars off my refound and I was finally able to take my package to the store on the third try because I kept showing up when they were closed. After waiting my turn, I had to pay 2 dollars for a bag to put it it. It was a bit of a pain, but not all their fault. The service was good.

  The employee told me she couldn’t accept my prepaid UPS package because their drop-off box was full. My package was only a small 9x7 padded envelope, not a large box. I’ve been using this location for about two years and have never been turned away before. While the employee was polite, it was frustrating and inconvenient to have to find another location to drop off such a small prepaid package

  This place has the worst attitude Went in there told him I want to return this phone. She was all snippy about it And she told me next time to go use their scan tool machine and fill up myself when I said why would I do it myself and lose a $2000 phone that had to send back when you guys have it back here this place is really bad. Don’t waste your time here to go to any UPS store other than the one on Eglin Street worst attitudes in the world need better people they don’t like your job don’t work there. It’s that simple.

  I frequent this location and never have any issues! Staff is great, equipment is always working, and I am able to shop and return with ease!
