  I ordered a philly cheesesteak and my meat was still frozen and they said that you have to request for it to be cooked. Who eats frozen Philly cheese steak. And then I was told by the employee that since I ordered it wrong that they will not fix it.Nor give me my refund.

  Worst Subway in rapid City. Don't know how to make food and then when you tell them about it they want to argue you about how you're wrong that it's supposed to be made. Leave the meat cold when you ask for it to be warmed up

  Trying to get lunch music is ridiculous in this store staffing isnt typical they cant keep up with the online orders and people only 1 worker acknowledge we waiting existed. He was busting out online orders and had to make another staff worker help him out. Its nearly 2 pm.the lady coworker didn't seem to know how to do anything without her coworker telling her what to do .

  Absolutely consistently the worst Subway I've ever been to I will never come back. My meatball sub is unedible
