My glowing review posted a few days ago had to be revised downward, I'm sorry to say, after today's pickup order. I requested spinach that was missing from the sandwich, when I got home to eat it. The multigrain bread seems a little crusty or dry on the outside. I called three times to ask if they were out of spinach and to comment on the dry bread, but all three calls timed out without being answered, and no voicemail option was offered - just a hang-up. It makes me sad, because my previous visit gave me a lot of hope. The restaurant was not busy, in fact it was empty when I picked up my order. If they were out of spinach, they should have waited until I arrived and told me about that. I will have to be more cautious, and I will have to chalk this up to another mediocre experience at this particular store. With the high price of gas, I decided not to drive back and return the sandwich for a refund or a makeover. Dang!
A series of mediocre experiences had put me off of Subway for a while, but I must rave on the curly-haired young man working at this store this afternoon who made me one of the best footlongs I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Usually I save half for another day, but it was so good I had to eat it all up. Sorry I don't have a name for the gentleman, but I do have sincere thanks and am encouraged to visit this store again very soon.
I tried walking inside this place and placing an order a couple of weeks ago. There were only a few customers in the place, but it took about 30 minutes because they spent all their time doing online orders. I decided to try online ordering. They had plenty of time. When I stopped by to pick it up at the time stated, they hadn't even started it. It looks like they had only one person running the entire place. I won't go back!

Sage acted like it was a problem she had to stop doing what she was doing to help with our orders. Every question asked was answered with an attitude

I haven't been to a Subway in years. The menu has changed significantly. The young lady at the counter was so helpful. I believe her name was Nicole or Nikki, something like that. She was great. She really helped me get through your extensive menu. All the options were a little overwhelming but it's nice to have variety. I can't recommend enough that you stop in and see Nicole at the subway on Mount Rushmore road.
I've ate at a lot of subways in my time and I've never been more pleased with the girl that works seems to me like every day I go there at least 3 times a week and after my 2nd visit she had already remembered what I ordered and how I like it she also did just like her uniform says she helped me sign up to get rewards through the app and on the 4th visit she had my absolute free sub made just the way I like it the store is always nice and clean bathroom tidy and the worker is just a little busy bee and never skipped a beat she will let you know that she doesn't play favorites if there's a online order she's going to let you know that online orders are just as important and yeah like I said I used to go 3 times a week now I go 4 days to get my 4th one for free thanks to Sage
