  My husband and my 2 kids went at 7 o'clock to eat and all the chairs where up on the tables. I had to put the chairs down just to sit and eat with my family. The lady behind the counter was rude my son asked for pepperoni and the way she grab the tray and made a face intimidated my child to end up saying sorry to her. Not a warm friendly environment at all you almost feel like you can't tell the employees want you want on your sandwich.

  Staff was totally overwhelmed or totally lost. Asked for a salad and got very little lettuce. More mayo on the outside of my sandwich then inside.

  They can definitely fulfill whatever special requests you have. Absolutely made my night!

  I have never had an issue with the drive thru at this subway but tonight was unacceptable. We waited 40 minutes with employees walking by the window and not even stopping. We ended up leaving because we were tired of waiting and didn’t want to give them our money.

  The poor girl (autumn) working was the only one there and you could tell she was overwhelmed. She did an amazing job but your employees should not have to work under these conditions!!! That is ridiculous! Treat your employees better!
