  I stopped in today and witnessed something that really stuck with me. An employee walked out during the middle of the shift, and despite being understandably overwhelmed, the lady who was left on her own kept doing everything she could to take care of every customer. She was in tears, yet she continued working hard and treating people with kindness. What was even more disappointing was seeing some customers be rude to her instead of showing a little patience and understanding. We never really know what someone is going through, and a little compassion can go a long way. I've been frequenting this Subway alot lately on my lunch breaks, and the manager ( I believe his name is Anthony) and his wife have always been hardworking, friendly, and dedicated. They consistently provide great service, keep the restaurant clean, and genuinely care about their customers. They deserve recognition for everything they do, especially on difficult days like today. Thank you both for all of your hard work. You have a loyal customer in me, and I hope others will remember to show the same kindness and respect that you show them every day.

  At 1220pm, prime time lunch hour, only one person working. The young lady working and customers were both frustrated. It's hard to believe that the management here would only have one person working during lunch.

  The whole experience was a mess, as were my sandwiches. The guy working was constantly touching his face, glasses, and dirty visor, with gloved hands, before touching the food again. It was disgusting. He and the girl working were both moving slowly and inefficiently even though there was a line of people behind me. Both put the wrong portions of food on my sandwiches and couldn’t seem to comprehend basic instructions. Both were unfriendly even though I tried my hardest to be kind and understanding of their inability to do very elementary work. I really hope management hires new staff.

  They advertise items they do not actually provide. My order arrived with the wrong bread and wrong chicken, and the extra toppings I selected online were missing. They also left out the applesauce and juice from the kids’ meal. Very disappointing experience, poor attention to orders and not worth the money. I would not recommend eating here
