  For several days and multiple trips to each store, we tried to switch a telephone from cricket to Verizon. Today we went in and spoke with a different person named Kevin who corrected the problem in minutes. He was very kind, very knowledgeable and fixed our problem..

  The past two times that I needed help with cricket I drove 4 hours to the Black Hills just so I could see William. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced, he addresses the situation listens to what needs to be handled and he answered and got like 20 things done for me. I live closer to Bismarck but the crickets places there are absolutely horrible if I could give them a zero star I would Williams amazing this store five star He's been the only one I've dealt with at this location so I hope all the other customer service representatives are just as amazing as him so you can have the experience that I did.
