  Ive been in store a few times and Chance has always been helpful and willing to go above and beyond. No issues with my service amd so much cheaper than my last provider!

  I'm not even a Cricket Wireless customer, nor do I live in Rapid City, SD (THANK GOD!!) However I give this store a 5⭐ rating simply because, I was recently (09/15/20) there on a work trip, with my now, former employer, who left & returned to Colorado Springs, Colorado, LEAVING ME IN Rapid City, SD.!!! I started the entire trip off on a bad foot, by accidentally leaving my phone with service, behind at my apartment, & only had my older spare phone, which I carry simply for game playing. So now, I'm in RC, SD...a state I haven't ever been to...500+ miles/2 states away from home... no working phone, & NOT ONE!!! business would allow me to connect to their WiFi, long enough to use my GOOGLE VOICE to call someone, to get home....EXCEPT CRICKET WIRELESS, on St. Patrick!!! The rep (I feel so bad I didn't catch his name) was very kind, & logged my phone onto the WiFi! & was even generous enough to kinda show me, how far out of the store I could venture, before losing connection! To me, the store's rep that day, was beyond all doubt, a total life saver!!! Thank you so much again!! P.S. Don't work for WIS Into unless you want to be left somewhere!!
