  Came in to pick up some sandwiches for lunch at nine forty am and I was the only one in there. My sandwich artist was rude, disrespectful, and impatient with me. She was definitely the one in charge. Cause she was telling other people what to do. Some people just shouldn't be in customer service. 5/11/26

  I visited this store twice while working in Pierre. Unfortunately both times I visited, the customer service was very poor. The second time I visited is what promoted this 1 star review. When I greeted the employees and told them what I wanted, one of the girls was very rude to me and claimed she didn’t know the price of the items. I kindly explained that I was only getting the meal of the day which was $6.99 plus tax. She proceeded to tell me that she still didn’t know the price of the items and became argumentative. I tried contacting the manager of the store to share my experience. She hung up on me after I asked for the owner. The customer service here is terrible. There was only one kind lady to me by the name of Elizabeth. The other lady whispered as I walked out of the store and made a scene. As a traveler to Pierre, this kind of behavior is unacceptable in any public establishment. I do not recommend any visitors to come here. Head to the one in wal mart. I guarantee you’ll be treated better.
