  I have been there twice this week for a breakfast wrap. The 1st time, we arrived at 9:10am. We had to wait for the lady to set up her food bar b4 we could order. Today we went there at 9:04 am. The doors were locked. The lady was in there setting up her food bar. I knocked and she told me she just got there and wouldn't open the doors. The sign says, "under new ownership" Clearly not great ownership. Employees should be there and ready to serve customers at times posted on their doors.

  No changing tables or paper towels in the bathrooms, then after we started ordering, we were told they were out of all bread with the only option being tortillas, no warning or apologies throughout the interaction

  The food is what you'd expect. It was clean. Staff was pleasant enough. Sandwiches were standard Subway fare.
