Very crowded. One of the workers did not change their gloves whilst working at the cashier and touching vegetables.
The poor girl was alone on a busy Saturday night because her coworker decided to leave before their shift was over. Regardless, she was efficient, friendly, and calm under the pressure. Hopefully management sees this review and gives that girl a raise! (And ensures it doesn’t happen again.)

Food was standard for a subway. There was a long line, think I waited for about 30 minutes just for the only staff member to take 15 minutes making three 6" subs.
If you can go anywhere else to get food on your road trip, go somewhere else. This fast food was did not live up to the name!
We drive from WY to MN a lot and always stop at this Pilot. We wanted your subway tonight and walked in. No one was at the counter, so we rang the bell. Penelope came out didn't greet us or anything just says "what do you want". My daughter orders and adds pepperoni to her sub, I than order spicy Italian. She finally looks up and says, "we are out of pepperoni to make that". She never apologized, never said I can put another meat on it or anything. I said OK, just put the two little pieces you have on and then the other stuff. Get over to the veggies and they are out of black olives and many of the veggies aren't even filled. I go to pay them for a sub that doesn't even have on what I want, and your cash register isn't working. The girl behind there is asking Penelope what to do and she looks at me and says, "what did you do", I explained I followed the pin pad just like I do all the time and it says waiting. She then tells me, “Well it has been acting up, and you just have to wait". I said I am not just going to wait what can we do, I also said you are rude and she says "ok". She literally walks away and the girl behind the register says I can cancel and try again. Then, what looks like a manger comes out and resets the pin pad, she says she doesn't normally work on the subway side. I said to the lady who reset the pin pad that these ladies need more training on customer service and that girl is flat out rude. She asks them why they are out of pepperoni and Penelope says "the one before us didn't slice any and we can't do it; we have to watch videos". The pin pad finally works and tell them I want my receipt because I am not getting way I really want and I am going to write to headquarters about being out of so many things and how rude you are. The lady with Penelope was NOT rude and she was trying. We then went to get our pop, and the root beer is all syrup, the power aid was all water so we both just took coke. I am a director of Customer Service so I try to be forgiving because I know how the public can be, but that girl honestly needs to be completely trained on how to welcome your guests and take care of them. The three customers sitting at the tables were complaining to each other also they didn't get what they wanted. You can't have people working there that can't run the equipment and take care of the guests. I want a full refund to my card for 19.15 and I want someone to call me on this service. I have tried to reach out to them through their chat and it just gives me a robot that says someone will email me.
Two ladies were swamped when we arrived. They didn't complain or look like they wanted to. They handled it well and were very friendly..they did a great job but the sandwich itself sucked, still great service :)
