  512pm, tons of people here. I was standing waiting to order at Subway. Employee sees me, goes to the back. I wait 10 or so minutes, when she comes back out. Says she can't help those of us in line because she's going on break. She couldn't tell me that before she left me to stand there for 10 minutes. Subway, most your employees are exactly like this. You must pay poorly. Don't waste your time with this dump and their crap Subway employee.

  My sister my husband and I are driving across country, we stopped to get gas’s and decided to get subway. We rang the bell nobody came out. Finally Penelope comes out. 10/10 recommend firing her. She came out we greated her and all she said was what do you want. I proceeded to order and she said “all I have is wheat bread” my husband asked if she had flat bread and to my surprise she did as almost all of everything was almost empty. She proceeded to make my sandwich when putting it in the over she slammed the door. When she took it out she slammed it on the counter. She then made my husbands and did the same thing but when she slammed his in the counter the meat and cheese went all over she then grabbed it up and just smooshed it on the sandwich. When my sister was making her sandwich she was out of things and stated that in a very ugly manner. After paying and leaving we tried to say goodbye and to have a goodnight and she just sat there giving us bad looks. This experience was terrible for a subway worker, and was very unexpected and uncalled for after driving almost 15 hours. I get it’s 3am and you might not wanna be at work/be tired but we were trying to be polite to you and even after still being rude we continued to be polite and you didn’t even acknowledge that. This customer service was absolutely terrible.

  We went in there waited like 5-10 minutes to get someone to come out and then Penelope walked out when she did she was really rude they were out of almost everything she was very rude when talking to us when we were walking away we said have a nice night she glared at us and didn’t say anything. This is unprofessional and very disappointing when all we wanted was to get food after driving for 15 hours. When taking one of our sandwiches out of the over she threw it on the counter making everything go everywhere, and when closing the plastic thing she slammed it down almost hitting me in the arm. The sandwiches are a chocking hazard very dry and hard.

  In all these years, I had never had the misfortune of eating at such a terrible place-bad in every respect; both the service and the food were awful.

  It's a truck stop. Service was pretty poor. Stood at the counter with not other customers in sight with my daughter for a least five minutes attempting to get the attention of the people in the room behind the counter we could hear yakking and finally got a helper who barely acknowledged our presence and did not waste any breath on appologizing. We seemed to be more of a nusance than a customer. Pale Freckle faced red head girl was the only one we saw behind the counter.
