I never leave reviews, but the customer service we received today warrants one... We were never greeted when we entered, and when my husband said hello to the worker he was met with a blank stare until I just started ordering unprompted... The employee making my sandwich genuinely seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else, didn’t speak to me more than once, and rolled his eyes multiple times as I was ordering
A second employee walked in as I was ordering, and the first employee started talking about how the staff the night prior forgot to put anything on the line away, to which the second responded “as long as he didn’t turn the line off, it should be fine.” This meant that all the food they were putting on sandwiches throughout the day had been left out OVERNIGHT and was still being served to customers.
Overall, I left feeling very uncomfortable and even a little weary to consume the food knowing that it had been sitting out overnight.

The past 3 times that I ordered on the app I waited an additional 15 minutes to go up there to pick my food up and still had to wait another 20 minutes before my food was ready. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s always understaffed or staffed inexperienced high schooler that don’t care about the customers.
