I came here with my family and fiance for lunch, on a long, long road trip. On entrance into the lobby ,we were met with glances and employees looking at each other and laughing. As we are a large group, not everyone knows what they want to order, so the children in the group, my nieces, are standing near the cash register looking at the menu to familiarize themselves. With barely 30 seconds of pause, a male employee came to the front counter raising his voice LOUDLY, YELLING at what are obviously children, saying "YOU HAVE TO ORDER AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER." This business is lucky it ever got my family's business, or the time of day. One employee continuously chuckling at everyone who keeps having to ask her to repeat herself while she is mumbling under her breath, another older woman who still finds it funny to make faces and jokes at others expense, and another who baselessy yells at anyone who's standing in front of the cash register. Not a single individual from our party of 8 had even a mildly pleasurable experience after discussing their behavior and way we were treated. Of all the experiences I've had in different restaurants and vendors, this was the absolute worst. I've never seen someone make others uncomfortable to order food.
