Rhonda was absolutely rude, took advantage of my pregnant sister. Used her child as a way to make her keep the purchase she did not want. Has absolutely no customer service. I will be looking for a new phone service at this point. We spoke to a representative and we are filing a dispute. I hope Rhonda has the day she deserves.
I don't have anything against cricket wireless itself but I would recommend doing your business with them online so you do not end up buying something you didn't ask for. My daughter bought a phone today and was told the case and screen protector came free with the phone. It was not free with the phone, it came in a bundle.
I've been with cricket for over 10 years now. Went in on Saturday, April 4th to get a new phone. Mind you, I just wanted the phone. On the website for the store and on the display phone, with me being an existing customer, the phone would have been 109.99. I didn't need anything else. The lady that was working at around 4pm, said that she didn't know why they put that on the phone, but the phone would be almost $350. With a case and screen protector. I didn't want either one of those, just the phone. She would not sell me just the phone. Sorry to say, I will not be going back to that store. Our store from our home town, I could walk in, explain what I was looking for, and be out in less than 20 mins. Trying to force an upsale is utter bullshit. When someone just wants a phone and nothing else, that should be it.
I can't get ahold of anyone ever!!!. My phone I got from them online is horrible! So slow, won't load, etc. Chat agents are no help and can't get through on phone unless you want to wait on hold half your life!!! I want to get rid of this carrier, but can't get ahold of anyone to even do that. The one cricket wireless store we had in our town just up and left!! Didn't tell any of their customers! Horrible customer service! I'm stuck!
