  We did a catering order for 15-20 people. The manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We ordered 3 days beforehand with no issues on pickup day. In fact, they threw in complimentary cookies! We will definitely reach out again for further catering needs.

  Bring your own high chair for your babies, this was absolutely disgusting. Floors look like they haven't been sweeped or moped in days. I know good help is hard to find but yikes!

  Very unfortunate to see two young high schoolers working their tail off on the day of the parade without help from management or senior employees. Their manager came in to get herself food for her and her kids and watched her employees struggle with being extremely busy.

  Honestly have had some bad experiences but overall all most of my experiences here have been good. A couple of times my take out order wasn't ready till about 20min after the scheduled times. Have had an issue with orders. But 7/10 orders are usually good. Definitely better customer services than Jimmy Johns
