I’m about done with Subway. Placed an order using app, paid by gift card, and even had a confirmation # for the order. But when I called they claimed no order had come through in spite of the fact I literally had a confirmation number! Customer service is lacking but plenty of incompetence. But I’m pretty sure my gift card was charged. So I basically paid for a meal I’ll never get.
