  Encountered a bed bug on the 2nd night of my 3 nights visit in my room. Left the hotel one night earlier because of that and was not refunded by the hotel. They didn't reply to any emails and calls from booking.com and the manager was not available to discuss the matter.

  I was involved with setting up a convention. Communicate was very poor. No replies when reaching to plan.

  Overall, this hotel was not worth the price we paid. The only good thing I have to say is the staff was nice. The hotel seems run down, tired, and desperately in need of renovations. Common Areas: When I walked in to check in, I was greeted with the smell of stale cigarette smoke and it reminded of the smell from an old bowling alley. The gym was closed (the door was blocked off with yellow tape). When I went to have drink at the bar, the Coke was flat. When I asked the bartender about it, they said it happens sometimes and they didn’t even offer to make me a new drink. The access door that says it is secured during certain hours, was not secured during the posted times. Meaning anyone could access the bullring at any hour. The water fountains near the front desk were out of order. Multiple stains on the floor. Room: There were two Broken outlets on 2 lamps in room. Shower/bath was rusty and worn. When you turned the shower on, half the water kept coming out of the faucet and there was low water pressure in the shower. They had maintenance come and take a look, but they said they’d have to replace the whole faucet. The room had two sticky spots where it looked like a gummy washed into the carpet. This was when we’d just checked into the room. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. When I told staff about it they just said the building was old. The bathroom cover fan was extremely dusty. The TV was flickering and had lines going across it. We found a pill under the bed. Pool: The hot tub appeared to be leaking and there was Water all around it with caution wet floor signs. The water was into the doorway and bathroom next to it. The pool appeared stained on the walls. The slide was worn. The foam on either end of the floaty Lilly pads was falling apart. There were pieces of what appeared to be paint from the pool liner. There were uncapped fixtures on the bottom of the pool. Typical hot breakfast spread with eggs, sausage, pancakes, juice, pastries, oatmeal, and cereal. I did find a hair in my pancake. Staff was nice.

  I stay at this Hotel around 50 nights a year. This maybe a small complaint but it's irritating as all get out. They have direct tv and they must have gotten the cheapest plan they could the channel selections are horrible. can't even watch Gunsmoke for crying out loud. Let's step it up

  The hotel was awful. I hate saying this and putting a bad name on an establishment, but it was a really bad experience for my family. We booked a double queen room for my husband and 2 and 3 year olds. When we arrived, the hallway reeked like weed. When I tried to give my kids a bath, black mold came out (that was never fixed even after maintenance came). Our room keys didn't work many times. The pool was pretty gross. It was just not a pleasant experience. That said, when I reached out to management, they completely reimbursed my stay and didn't leave me angry. Hence, two stars.
