  I usually don’t write terrible reviews because I know how bad it can hurt a business and I do believe people can have bad days BUT this was the second time and the two same girls were working. I ordered through the drive through, I waited 20 mins before anyone even came to the window , in which I had to knock on it for someone to come. Then the lady got mad because I wanted the food. So she threw it at the window where the other girl was. It doesn’t take 20 mins to make a sub , and when I knocked the other girl looked at me crazy because she was walking back and forth ,clearly seeing me at the window. I do believe that management should speak to those girls.

  I was very disrespected! The girl at the cash register snapped and raised her voice at me because I couldn't hear her due to people behind me had a loud phone . My husband and Iown a business here . We dont treat people this way! We will not come back to this subway again!

  Ordered online went to pickup 20 minutes later. When I got there and asked for my food I was told a few minutes. Well a black girl was doing my order until some of her family came in. She stopped working on my order and started making subs for them. I waited another 20 minutes there total of 40 minutes to receive 2 subs. Should have been sooner if my order didn’t get put aside from the black girl to do her family’s subs 😡. She never did finish my order another worker finally did.
