    Ordered online went to pickup 20 minutes later. When I got there and asked for my food I was told a few minutes. Well a black girl was doing my order until some of her family came in. She stopped working on my order and started making subs for them. I waited another 20 minutes there total of 40 minutes to receive 2 subs. Should have been sooner if my order didn’t get put aside from the black girl to do her family’s subs 😡. She never did finish my order another worker finally did.

    Price wrong at Drive threw something gonna be $13 and some change was $17 and some change at window. Thought you had to charge what it was listed for won't be back ever.

    my husband drove to pick up 2 6” subs for us whenever he got back home i opened them up and they weren’t even close to being right. i wasn’t even gonna go back but this is the 3rd time this has happened, im also 3 months post partum and freshly pregnant again and wasn’t feeling the best at all this day. i went in and told the worker that i think she gave us the wrong order, she then proceeds to print our receipt and put it in my face even though the ticket and the order didn’t match whatsoever. so i told her that, then she offered to make me a new one and i said sure so i could actually see her make it. she had a gross attitude about it the whole time like it was my fault that she messed up 2 simple subs. not to mention, we were the only people in the store at the time. i then get down to where the veggies are and i see that they are all dried up and rotten the lettuce was BROWN and the onions looked flakey. everything else looked dried up and rotted as well. I used to work at a subway for 2 years so i know how veggies are supposed to be put up and covered at night, also switched out after a certain date to avoid this happening. i sure would really hope the meat isn’t treated this way because that will get someone sick and it’s absolutely disgusting. when i had something to say about that she then says im “too picky”. so im too picky for wanting the sandwich’s that i paid for and not wanting rotten veggies on my sub?? all i got was a turkey 6” sub with pickles lettuce and ranch then a 6” all american club which only had ham and turkey on it. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND THE FOOD IS OLD!!!! disgusting and so unprofessional. needs to be reported to someone higher up immediately.
