After being a patron for years I’ve finally decided to forego giving this store my business. They prioritize online ordering and do it with an attitude. You will be addressed whenever, told with an attitude you’ll have to wait. By the time I was able to order my sandwich the employee was annoyed by my existence and with every ounce of passive aggressive attitude she asked me what I wanted. I was ready to walk out then but I didn’t leave until I was told that asking for a wrap to be toasted was not something they do. REALLY? I guess all of the other subways that will heat your meat and cheese separately from the wrap are just of figment of my imagination? Or perhaps that’s a practice propagated by SUBWAY? Either way I will never patronize this business ever again.

I ordered from the subway app itself a footlong steak sub customized the way I like it, as is my choice at Subway restaurants, right? I paid up front for my sub expecting to get what I paid for. I did not. The store blamed my sandwich size and prep being incorrect on a third party, even though I ordered directly from their app. I called the store to speak with a manager, there was no manager working and all I could do was leave my name and number and maybe someone at sometime would call me back after a while. I asked for clarification on “a while” and was told she didn’t know. I asked for the manager name she said she didn’t know. I asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back, she put me in a long hold (15 minutes) and then hung up on me again. Is this the kind of customer service we’ve come to expect and allow in 2026? Seriously? Btw, I still haven’t received a call back 12 hrs later so I’m pretty sure a while hasn’t passed yet.

Well I finally found a subway that actually reminds me of the good ole days! Remember when the subs were great and so was the service?! The subway in Westminster now has submarine sandwich artists not just employees! Not only do they do their job they sit there and make you feel at home too! Big shout out to Austin, Heather, and the one and only Eka!!!
