  Jenna is a rockstar!!!! The people there were great very helpful and would definitely recommend the west union store over the others in the area.

  I have been without a phone for 4 days and was told at another store that the phone I ordered would not work but none of the phones we tried worked. So as a last ditch effort I went to the West Union store with a handful of used and new phones in hopes that I could get any phone working. There behind the counter was Jenna who I didn't know at the time was about to be my new favorite person.... She not only spent forever on the phone to get my account unsuspended but also got my phone that I was previously told was not compatible with cricket working. Thank you Jenna for being AMAZING!!!!!
