  Terrible service today. I placed a mobile order; it was not ready as promised and noone had the courtesy to inform me. Katie, you and the GM need to change that screen that shows when the order is bagged and ready; especially since you told me it is wrong. Also, give your customers an update on their food when it is not ready at the time specified in the app. That will make us feel better and possibly wait the few extra minutes.
