  had a very disappointing experience today. I stopped by to get a coffee, and the employee didn’t greet me or acknowledge me when I walked in. I politely asked whether the coffee was fresh, and instead of answering professionally, he responded in another language with an angry tone and an upset facial expression. I couldn’t understand what he was saying, but based on his tone and body language, it felt like he was speaking negatively about me.

  0/10 DON’T RECOMMEND!!! Try to argue with my husband over how my name is Pronounced, extremely rude. My turkey sub had a half of tsp of mayo, very dry, not toasted, no oil, no vinegar, Nothing. A WASTE OF MONEY

  I've been coming to this Subway on Knox Abbott beside the Walmart Market for years and never had a bad experience but today I went and ordered a sub and the young lady there was very nice. I got home and my husband took a bite of his sub and he pulled a long hair out of his mouth. I took it back and and the manager got defensive from the start and literally started going through the sub and saying "see no hair you you don't like the sub?" I told him there was a hair and I don't want another sub I want a refund and his response was "if you don't like the sub go somewhere else " I told him I wanted my money back but he did not want to give me my money back. I told him forget it and walked out. I won't be going back to this location and will be spreading the word how rude and unprofessional the manager was. 3/14/24
