  It's looks like you should be driving a semi-truck to use this location. It is definitely open to all although you do have to be buzzed in as the door is always locked. I've never been delayed by ringing the bell to get it and I've never had to wait in a line to send my packages. Also very friendly and efficient workers that helped to make my experience with this location a stress-free and happy chore. Id definitely recommend going here even if I'd rather you go else where so I can continue not waiting in line when I need to send my packages.

  FedEx caused one of its high volume shipping corporate business customers to lose a customer due to its delivery practices. On 3-16-26 the whole east coast was expected severe rain and weather conditions. My Medication was delivered left on the ground in the pouring rain. It was unrecognizable when I picked it up and box fell apart in my hands. The box contained about 12 prescriptions. Disbelief is the only way to describe the experience and not in a good way. Way to go FedEx😡

  Went in told problem and in 5 mins she had a answer why package was delivered. It was delivered but a problem and it was caught. Sent back by FedEx and received order the next evening .
