Extremely rude! Sold me a defective phone Yesterday and refused to take it back or trade in for another the same. Even after talking to customer service & they told me I had 7 days to return or exchange the phone, the girl tried to force me to buy another phone and refused to exchange mine for the same one. Not to mention I called multiple times yesterday for her to pick up the phone and hang it up. She even stated on the phone I could exchange it unless I chose another and just pay the difference of course. They certainly do not follow protocol set by Cricket wireless!!!!
