  I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my conversation with Bob. I called to ask whether there was a car battery charger available that would be suitable for an SUV. During the conversation, Bob appeared to be in a rush and spoke over me while I was trying to ask my question. I was unable to get a clear answer regarding whether the appropriate charger was available. His response was, “If you want to come in, you can,” which did not address my question. I would have appreciated a clear answer regarding availability before making the trip. Thank you. Update: Less than 24 hours after submitting my review regarding my phone conversation with Bob, Jay, the Store Manager, personally reached out to thank me for providing the feedback. Jay acknowledged my concerns and explained that the conversation and tone I experienced were not reflective of the customer service standards of Advance Auto Parts or the store he oversees. He also assured me that my feedback would be addressed appropriately. I truly appreciate Jay taking the time to follow up with me so quickly, listen to my concerns, and address the situation professionally. His response and accountability made a positive difference in my overall experience.
