Me and my husband has had a time trying to find a thermostat housing piece for his car. Kia discontinued the piece and trying to find the correct one for his car was terribly frustrating. After ordering 3 different ones and none being right we came to this store for some help. When he went inside he was met with a man named TJ. After explaining the situation he told my husband “you arent leaving until we find this part”. He started researching and not just the system. He started googling and figuring out parts for different cars that fit with my husbands AND FOUND THE PIECE WE NEEDED. He found it at a sister store down the road, called them for us to make sure they had it and sent us on our way. Just here to say thank you for making such a difficult experience easier on us. Thank you TJ!
