  The lobby smells amazing and clean , the rooms are clean and nice, I would recommend this everything is clean and the staffs are nice

  Rented a room to celebrate my son's birthday and so we could swim and had to pay an EXTRA $100 to "rent" the pool because there was 7 extra people (family members) but only to swim, not to stay the night. We were harassed, stared at and had a noise complaint because of a baby crying. Worst experience I have ever had at this hotel. Our family has been doing business with Best Western for years but I will NOT be returning with my business. Extremely disappointed by how we were treated. Breakfast is always good though.

  Terrible customer service, I checked in with my family and came back after going to work just to be told that beacuse my family had a few friends over they were charged an extra 100 dollars. During checkout we were 6 minutes late to our scheduled time and were charged another extra 50 dollars, the reason we were late leaving is beacuse of our special needs family member. Staff followed us around basically harassing us, asking if we were leaving, starring at us and just being mean. Not worth the 250 for one night. 😐

  One of the best hotel I've ever attended great customer service Stacey is amazing overall very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't mind staying there so if you ever in walterboro and need a nice hotel I recommend the best Western

  stayed at this hotel, and overall everything was great. The room was very clean, and the price was reasonable. However, my experience was negatively affected by the housekeeping service. As a traveler, I checked in very late and went to sleep around 4:00 AM. Even though checkout was at 11:00 AM and I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on my door, the housekeeper knocked on my door at 10:00 AM, waking me up an hour before checkout. I had to open the door and explain that I was entitled to remain in the room until 11:00 AM and that I needed to rest. Unfortunately, communication was difficult because she did not appear to speak English. While the hotel itself was clean and affordable, guests’ privacy and the Do Not Disturb sign should be respected. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
