  Since when did you become so stingy on the lettuce? Every time I ask for extra, it is never enough so I get some on the side. This time I asked for extra on the side and got a tiny bit extra on the side. I was told if I wanted more I would be charged extra (the few scraps of lettuce on my sandwich they consider EXTRA, smh!). I don't put many of the pricier items on at no extra cost, why hassle me about a bit of extra lettuce? And why WITH THE ATTITUDE? If you don't like your life, change it; don't take it out on your customers. I'll get my subway in Spartanburg from now on. PS - if you had any sense of business, you would do what makes your customers happy so they come back instead of go elsewhere.

  Cashier had an attitude when ordering and then got one of the sandwich orders wrong. Called and told them about the mistake was told to come back the next day to get correct sandwich. Then was called back and told we needed to bring the wrong sandwich back when we pick up the new sandwich. WTH!
