  Initially I came in to cricket because I’ve been with them for years now. I’ve never had a problem out of any of there staff members, I came in about a $50 iPhone 13promotion at the time. The $50 turned into $171 and of course I had questions about what was what, I asked 3 separate times and after not getting a detailed breakdown after the 2nd time I asked one last time and she proceeded to say to me that “I can see your blood pressure raising” after a long day understandably anyone would be upset about someone not being direct about where there money is going. Kristie is the new manager I dealt with and even the old manager I had never had a problem but this new manager seems unfit for the position she’s in.

  Alex and the other employees at this location are so very helpful and will go above and beyond to help their customers. I appreciate all their help and would definitely suggest everyone going here.
