  Called and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Called back and didn’t even get a chance to quickly ask a simple question as I was immediately placed on hold. I hung up after 3 minutes of additional waiting. Understaffed location leads to rude customer service. I called 2 other stores and the phone was promptly answered with a polite response to my simple question. I’ll take my business to the stores that actually cares about their customers.

  Paid for one day shipping and the package took 5 days to arrive. Management at this store has been giving me the run-around on a refund for the past 6 months. Poor customer service, use a different location.

  Robyn and Ashlee are the perfect set of GOOD workers. I miss Ashlee , i wish she was back. Always smiling and comical and very efficient . The two could have their own show! Lets give them a raise because customer service is hard to come by. I only go to this UPS because of the work crew including Nate. Robyn can run the show entirely but its mire fun when Ashlee is with her
