  While expensive to send 30 sheets of paper overnight to Texas ($130.00) The service was good and my paperwork got there when they said it would.

  Jasmine at FedEx in Tega Cay was absolutely wonderful! She helped me use the Print & Go service and went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. She was patient, friendly, and willing to help at every step, making sure I had everything I needed. It’s such a pleasure to receive customer service that feels so thoughtful and welcoming.   Leaving four stars because each time I’ve gone they’ve had some significant internet issues on their end. Jasmine has been wonderful and super helpful every time, she gets five stars!

  I wish I could give this place zero stars honestly. Every SINGLE time I get a package shipped through them, it arrives late or damaged. Not to mention their delivery drivers are not careful with your packages at all. A few of my packages I’ve gotten sent have been shoved into my mailbox, and have broke since they were WAY to big to fit in my mailbox. FedEx is awful.
