It's no Open at 9, nobody at 10
I had a frustrating experience at this FedEx location today. I was trying to send a package to Sandy Springs, but the representative insisted that the ZIP code only corresponds to Atlanta and refused to proceed with the shipment.
What’s surprising is that I had successfully sent a package to the same city just the day before. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or explore options, the staff simply declined to help.
I went to another FedEx location, and they were able to manually adjust the city name and complete the shipment without any problem.
This seems like a gap in training or system understanding. Situations like this not only inconvenience customers but also result in lost business. I hope the team takes this as feedback to better understand their tools and provide more flexible, solution-oriented service in the future.

Worst delivery company in the world. I have NEVER had a package delivered by fedex that didnt have major issues, EVER. How are you still in business.

Fed ex is the worst company. My package out for delivery on the 14th yet some lazy driver decided not to and now it's changed to the 16th. Thanks for nothing. Always pick UPS or even USPS at this point because these guys suck at delivering packages
